Using my experience and frequent collaboration with staff and students, I am able to create systems that can fulfil the needs of every school.
In-school research shows that Pupil Reward Points motivates students, reducing the amount of behaviour related issues and improving communication between school and home.
When I am not collaborating with schools, I love to spend time with my wife, two beautiful daughters and our family dog.
