Room & Resource Booking
Say goodbye to paper-based booking systems with online room / resource booking. Staff can quickly check availability without leaving their room to check paper booking sheets. No more photocopying room availability sheets. Booking a resource just requires the user to select the resource and day / time; all other details such as the name of the member of staff are pre-populated to save time.
Our booking package is available as an add-on to the existing Pupil Reward Points rewards system and it is also available as a standalone product.
For staff...
The interface to used to book a room / resource is very simple to use.
For administrators...
The administrator can add, modify and delete rooms / resources as well as change the long-term availability of a room / resource on specified days of the week.
